Four tribal girls including three minors gang-raped, 7 raped them in turns; health of victims deteriorated

Balaghat Gang rape: A very serious case of gang rape has come to light in Balaghat district, where seven accused gang-raped three minors and an adult girl.

Gang Rape with Adiwasi Girls: A heart-wrenching case has come to light from Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh, where four tribal girls including three minors have been raped. There are seven accused in the case. It is alleged that they raped them in turns. Police have registered a case on the complaint of the victims and their families.

According to the police, four girls from a village in Hatta police station area were returning from a wedding ceremony with a young man. Their house was in a village four km away from the wedding village. It was 1-2 o'clock in the night at that time.

The young man present with them was beaten and chased away

During this, seven accused riding on two motorcycles chased them. When the boy present with the girls tried to save them, the accused threatened and beat him and chased him away. After this, the accused took the girls to a faraway forest, where they raped them. Among these, the minor victims are 14, 15 and 16 years old. Whereas, the adult girl is 21 years old.

Health of the victims deteriorated

All the accused boys were from the same village, whom the victims identified. Police have arrested all the accused. Among these, one accused has been kept in police custody. The health of some victim girls has also deteriorated, who have been taken for treatment. Police is investigating the matter further.
