Lisa's show showcases music, competitions and celebrities from the 80s and 90s, but it will finish next week, reports the Liverpool Echo.
Posting on Facebook today, Lisa said: "Afternoon my lovelies.
"Back on the radio with our 80s and 90s show.
"Word of warning: my voice still isn't back to normal, but I feel fine, so no undue sympathy.
"Gang, today is our penultimate show together; the show changes from September 7 so let's get all nostalgic together for our last two shows.
"Total Sport Merseyside on all frequencies till 5pm with Everton coverage, but if you want the hits from the best decades, then you can listen on BBC Sounds on BBC Radio Lancashire.
"Or ask your smart speaker to play BBC Radio Lancashire or BBC Radio Cumbria."
The programme, which also broadcasts on BBC Lancashire and BBC Cumbria, will be substituted with an 'All England' nationwide show, which will transmit across all BBC local radio stations from 2pm next month.
