They're the ideal, quick and easy protein-packed pick-me-up, but scrambled eggs can be tricky and create some tough washing up when you have to use a frying pan.
That's why time-strapped chefs are increasingly turning to a 75-second scrambled eggs recipethat doesn't require a frying pan at all - just a humble microwave. It turns out that as well as fried eggs and bacon, microwaves can also be used to whip up the perfect, fluffy scrambled eggs in as little as 75 seconds.
According toGood Food, all you need for this recipe is two eggs, a microwave and some milk. That's it.

It couldn't be simpler, according to the food experts. First, use a fork to beat the eggs with two tablespoons of milk in a jug. You can also add a pinch of salt here if you want to. Then stick in the microwave on the highest wattage setting you have for 30 seconds.
Beat the eggs again, then return them to the microwave for another 30 seconds. Then, take them out, beat them once more to break up any lumps and zap them for another 15 seconds.
They will now be ready to serve, but if you prefer your scrambled eggs a little firmer, you can put them in for 15-second increments at a time to firm them to your liking, reports the Express.
This trick is backed up by AllRecipes, which says microwave scrambled eggs are 'light and fluffy' every time, although it suggests using 30-second intervals rather than 15.
