Matt Baker's Channel 4 show, Our Dream Farm, has wrapped up, leaving many viewers emotional. The Countryfile host received an outpouring of support following the announcement of the series' winners.
Ioan Jones from Boduan and Sara Jenkins, who was raised on a farm in Talybont, Ceredigion, clinched a 15-year lease for a sprawling 613-acre hill farm nestled in the foothills of Yr Wyddfa.
The pair were declared the victors after finalists Ryan and Lowri, hailing from Conwy, opted to withdraw from the competition.

Before the final episode, which is available on All4, Matt expressed his disbelief at the series' conclusion on : "I can't believe that tonight, Saturday, is the final episode of Our Dream Farm.
"Thank you all for watching and supporting our brilliant young applicants throughout the series," reports .
"I'm sure you agree they all deserve a tenancy. I've loved shining a light on what our farmers do, a community I'm so proud to be part of, those who care for our countryside produce our food and look after our landscape all at the same time."
Alongside his heartfelt message, Matt posted a brief video from the farm discussing the finalist's ultimate challenge - a sheepdog trial.
Fans flocked to the comments section to express their support and share how much they enjoyed the series.
One fan commented: "I've loved this series. It's a tough decision, but I've fancied Lowrie and Ryan to win for a few weeks now."
One viewer heaped praise, saying: "It was a brilliant series. Many congratulations to the wonderful winners, hope the farm is everything you want it to become. To the other 6 potential tenants, you were just as wonderful. I wish you all your dream farm in your futures also."
