Send Push

Former UFC starts dominate the top of the Misfits 22 fight card tonight with Darren Till and Luke Rockhold settling their beef in the main event.

Former world champion Rockhold and former title challenger Till have been at each other's throats all week in Manchester as they swap the cage for the ring. Their top-of-the-bill clash will be ably supported by former UFC interim champion Tony Ferguson who takes on influencer Salt Papi in the co-main event.

There are also spots on the card for reality TV stars Joey Essex and Demi Sims who are making their boxing debuts, as well Dillon Danis who takes part in the first MMA fight under the Misfits banner. Here is everything you need to know about each of the fights on the card tonight...

Darren Till vs Luke Rockhold - 10.30pm

Darren Till makes his third appearance in the ring tonight having stopped Anthony Taylor and outpointed Darren Stewart in his first two bouts under the Misfits banner. The Liverpudlian is in the last fight of his contract and will be hoping to put on another impressive performance to earn himself a new deal. Luke Rockhold had a bare-knuckle boxing fight two years ago, losing to Mike Perry, but pulls on gloves in the ring for the first time tonight.

Tony Ferguson vs Salt Papi - 10pm

Tony Ferguson has turned to boxing as he attempts to snap an eight-fight losing streak. The American was among the best fighters in the UFC at his peak, winning 12 fights on the bounce, before tumbling down the rankings. He takes on influencer Salt Papi who has emerged as one of the stars of this scene but who surely lacks the experience necessary to trouble Ferguson.

Dillon Danis vs Warren Spencer - 9.30pm

Dillon Danis will finally compete in an MMA fight - albeit in a boxing ring - tonight when he takes on Warren Spencer in what should be a mismatch. Danis, who was previously a teammate of Conor McGregor's, has not fought in the sport for six years with his only bout in that period a boxing fight with Logan Paul which was terminated early when Danis shot for a takedown. Spencer has limited MMA experience and looks set for a long night.

Joey Essex vs Numeiro - 9pm

Reality TV star Joey Essex makes his boxing debut tonight as he looks to prove the sport runs in the family. He has been trained by his uncle, Tony Sims, who coaches Conor Benn and who has guided Anthony Joshua in the past. Essex takes on Portuguese influencer Numeiro who has had one previous fight and who thinks little of Essex's rise to fame.

Ty Mitchell vs Sean Hemphill - 8.30pm

Ty Mitchell takes a significant step up in class against American Sean Hemphill as he attempts to prove he belongs at a different level compared to the other fighters on this card. A former sparring partner to Tyson Fury, Mitchell believes he can be the first fighter from Misfits to challenge for a world title.

Amadeusz Ferrari vs Rahim Pardesi - 8pm

Amadeusz Ferrari and Rahim Pardesi do NOT like each other and sparks are sure to fly when they meet in the ring tonight. The pair almost came to blows during fight week and were repeatedly kept apart by security guards. The insults have crossed the line tonight but the rivals will have their chance to settle their beef.

Chase DeMoor vs Natan Marcon - 7.30pm

Chase DeMoor's heavyweight title defence was in doubt right up until yesterday's weigh-in. The champion demanded an apology - or a bigger purse - after he was hit with an egg during a face-off with challenger Natan Marcon. Eithr way, DeMoor turned up for the weigh-in but refused to speak and was denied a face-off when Marcon was dragged off the stage.

Carla Jade vs Daryn Harris - 7pm

Carla Jade puts her lightweight title on the line with a point to prove following a controversial defence of her title last time out. Jade was held to a draw by Melanie Shah earlier this year with many believing the challenger had done enough to take the belt. Jade takes on Daryn Harris who only started boxing seven months ago but who believes she can go one better than Shah.

Amir Anderson vs Vitor Siqueira - 6.30pm

Amir Anderson is another rising star of the professional division at Misfits and after a decorated amateur career, believes he can make it to the top in the paid ranks. He steps up against Vitor Siqueira who has won seven of his eight fights in the professional game.

Demi Sims vs Nadeshi Hopkins - 6pm

Demi Sims swaps reality TV for the ring tonight as she makes her boxing debut. The Only Way Is Essex star had to convince her boxing coach dad Tony, who trains Conor Benn, to let her fight and will take on Nadeshi Hopkins in the opening fight of the night.
