Australia's Eurovision hopeful, Zambotto, took the internet by storm in 2023 after his song Mrs Hollywood exploded on TikTok, racking up nearly a billion views across various platforms.
Before the competition, Zambotto shared with his childhood memories of being introduced to "the Olympics of music" by his French father.
He expressed: "The Eurovision stage, it's all about, you know, self-expression, and the community around it's all just so lovely. Knowing that Australia hasn't won as well, I think it's a lot more of a driver, too."
Australia made its first appearance at Eurovision in 2014 with Jessica Mauboy performing as an interval act during the semi-finals, followed by Guy Sebastian's official entry in 2015 with Tonight Again.
