Five districts of Bihar are sensitive in cyber fraud, these include Nalanda and Nawada as well as Sheikhpura, Jamui and Patna. The central investigation agency is conducting Operation Chakra across the country against cyber criminals. In this connection, large scale raids can also be conducted in Nalanda and Nawada.
Transfer to bank accountsCBI sources said that cyber criminals had recently duped people from Singapore. Investigations conducted during Operation Chakra revealed that the fraudsters had transferred the money collected from the victims to various bank accounts of their agents in India. Later, this amount was transferred to bank accounts in Patna, Nalanda and Nawada and withdrawn.
Operation Chakra campaign across the countryNow the CBI is going to get to the bottom of this case. In this, action can be taken against many cyber criminals of Bihar. It is known that the CBI has launched Operation Chakra campaign across the country against the big gang that cheated crores of rupees by making digital arrests. Under this, four big cyber criminals were also arrested recently.
