Around 100 firefighters are tackling a blaze tearing through what was previously the BBC Television Centre in London.
The building is now home to a restaurant, flats and television studios. It is not known what caused the fire.
The fire service said in a statement: "The fire is currently affecting floors towards the top of the building.
"A restaurant, external decking and ducting is currently alight. An unknown number of flats have also potentially been affected."
